Billing then was incorrect as was one image, but you kindly reprinted. The ice mount we received had an uneven white boarder surrounding the image. This is just a display item for us but if it was a customer I think they would have complained. The metal print is fantastic, will be ordering more.

Hello, I am very happy with the metalmounts. I have just observed that they are no longer listed as a product. Why is this? It seems that there was a problem with my prints which was the reason they were not finished for 3 weeks. The shipping then went astray ! It is a beautiful product.

only improvement I can think of is the Pending when looking at my odrer to see how it was progressing. Would be nice to know what stage it was up to, as you cant tell if it has been started, finished or posted.

love the details such as the warrenty tag , the only reccomendation I would make is to look into other wall attatchments other than the string . Other suppliers such as nulab have a system that ensures a straight hang which I preffer. Printing qulaity and materials excellent.

I bought a framed canvas print for my in-laws. They loved it but pointed out to me that the top and bottom rails are not parallel. That's why I gave you an average mark for framing.
