With regard to Lumitile this time I got the premium metalised paper not sure that it represented a 25% increase in sharpness etc over std print previously done.Its hard to judge as the 1st std photo was done with lower grade camera but great product.

I had a problem with my delivery. The address on the package was wrong. But the staff were excellent with communication. They resent it to a different address. So it took a long time for me to get my canvas but I was very happy with the service

Could you investigate into allowing smaller canvases - sometimes, especially with wildlife shots that I am doing, you want many canvases but not as big & create a whole new experience on the wall at home, creating a wildlife wall, a flower wall etc.

The website wouldn't display the mirror wrapping correctly at the time of ordering so I was a little concerned that it might look funny, but it was perfect when I got it.

I rang a very courteous young woman in Brisbane and told her that one of the canvas images I uploaded needed to be flipped 180 deg. She said , "Don't worry, even if we have printed it, we will re-do it at no cost"...that sold me on your service..ric
