The only issue; must of happed in delivery was a small damage to the canvas that tore off small bit the paint. Whatever did it went straight through the cardboard

Your product and turnaround times are excellent and your staff are helpful and friendly but in general you need to be more proactive about the information you provide. More info on the sites would eliminate a lot of emails while extra info in initial responses would stop extra emails. Anticipate!
