The print arrived in a rolled up tube and I wasn't sure what the best way to flatten it was, ( doesn't look completely flat in the frame ) some instructions included with the delivery would be good on how best to solve this would be good.

In previous orders I have purchased Icemount Sheer prints. I have been informed that these are particularly difficult to hang due to the accuracy required for the hook location. I was thinking that a template might be useful. My customers could then mark out their walls with the template.
